The “Sandlot Series” of programs
What is the Sandlot concept? “Sandlot” simply means playing informal, pick-up games – NO uniforms, NO leagues, NO umpires – where the focus is on play, laughter and fun instead of winning & losing. All you have to do is show up at the gym and enjoy the activity with like-minded folks who are there to have some fun. You have the flexibility to pay-as-you-go with each of the Sandlot programs so you can show up as often as you like – the commitment level is up to you. Simple, informal, fun…that’s the Sandlot concept.   Do you have any other Sandlot program ideas? If so, call Bryan Litz at 596 - 2816 or send me an email at blitz@wilbraham-ma.gov and we can talk about how to get a Sandlot program started for your particular sport/activity.  Keep eyes out for our outdoor sandlot activities coming this spring, baseball and kick ball.
